Our driver ‘helped’ us by taking to this Hotel. They charged us IR 2200/-. Later, I found out, their average fare online was around 1600/. I told them. After, I showed them their ‘online price’, they lowered it to 1800/-. I asked a guy from the reception, if they can manage a car for us to airport. They said, yes. Some dude named ‘S…..’ called us to our room and said they will charge us 1050/-. We said, we paid taxi company 800/-. It is their standard price, but he said thats the price. We tried to convince them, that the price is not fair. He called us back again and said 950/-. Taxi was supposed to arrive @05:30. ‘S….’ told us that, taxi will be in the hotel @05:00 and wait for us. He took 500/- from us in advance. Taxi came at 05:50. Taxi driver called ‘S….’ to ask, how much more to take from us. I must say, if the owner of this hotel is reading this, receptionist of this hotel on early morning showed concern and some level of humanity towards us. I hope my experience can help one guide further.

This is an old property with dated rooms but surprisingly clean.The rooms are on the bigger side for the price (i opted for the lowest category).Hot shower,Free basic toiletries,Towel,Filtered Drinking Water and acceptable upholstery is what you get.I was satisfied for what I paid.A quite central location and a shaded sit-out are an added attraction.

Small hotel that is generally clean from its exteriors.........i must its an old hotel as the hotel as a 1st generation elevator.....where u need to open & close the doors manually n u can see the elevator goes up floor by floor...... the moment i open the doors.....i felt i was in the 70's.....the switches old fashion type....lights were blinking.....window unit aircon.....there is a slight smell of odour from the bed sheets..... the hotel toilet in the dining area is very dirty. other than that.......the hotel is ok for a sleep n bath....nothing more than that. for its room rate.......i suggest other hotels

Very bad experience, bad service, almost worst hotel, don't visit here , worst room service I am very disappointed and this was my worst holiday. I highly recommend that you do not go to this hotelThe staff is horrible, unkind and unpolite. Restaurant terrible! Table cloth speckled and torn, dirty silverware, serving drinks in plastic cups. Food awful, too!

I had amazing trip from Varanasi and amazing experiencing. I had stay in this hotel in the month of December 2018 with my family. This hotel is near to Ramkatora crossing near to HDFC bank. Its close to station and hotel having free wifi and good quality of food and also room service was very nice and rooms also very decent and room service alleyways. This hotel is having lift. over all i can say this hotel is as value of money...
